NaNoWoofMo is Here Again!

I’m not just a poet and author, I’m a novelist tooowoowooooo!

Wooohoooowooooo Efurrybuddy! It’s November and that means it’s NaNoWoofMo – National Novel Wooofing (or Woooo-ing if you’re a snow pup like me!) Month! And just like last year I am pawticipating in Rocco’s round robin bloggy a novel around the bloggy world. WOL! That means any pet blogger (you don’t have to be a pup) can pawticipate by writing a chapter/post fur one day of the month. He still needs lots of sign-ups so clicky on over to Rocco’s House here to add yourself to the list and to read the first entry into our pet novel!

I missed my master, but I was also happy to be away from his son. A dog is a pawesome people-energy detector. Now as I detect my way around my new strange surroundings with my nose…sniffs the air…BACON! The drool-inducing scent was wafting around in the breeze which made it hard to figure out what direction it was coming from. Oh pup, was I getting hungry!

Off in the distance I could see a little red farm house. I knew bacon came from frying pans in kitchens, so that had to be the source. I headed towards the house leaving a trail of pee-mail just in case I needed to find my way back. It didn’t take long to reach the farmhouse, but as I approached I saw that it was surrounded by a wire fence. “What should I do?” I thought.
